General Information

We strongly request that you register on-line . We accept credit cards at this site, but, alternatively, you may register online and then send in a check. If you cannot register online, you may register by mail; download the registration form. All checks must be drawn on a US bank.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds on Spring Study Weekend or Combined Pre-Conference Tour and Spring Study Weekend programs will be given after March 1, 2019. Prior to March 1, 2019, a $25 cancellation fee will apply per registrant.

Registration for the Conference

The conference registration fee is $425 and includes all programs and meals from Friday night, May 3, to Sunday morning, May 5. The included activities are talks, plant show, and our bus tour of gardens. The included meals are Friday night appetizers and buffet, Saturday morning breakfast buffet, box lunch, Saturday night appetizers and banquet, and Sunday morning breakfast buffet. Cash bars are available both nights.

Registration for the Pre-Conference Tour

For the pre-conference tour, the registration fee is $190. It includes guides, transportation (by van), and box lunches. Other meals and room accommodations are on your own. The pre-conference tour is limited to 39 participants. You must also register for the main conference to be eligible for the pre-tour.

Notice to Delaware Valley Chapter members: To give those from outside our area first chance at spaces on the tour, Delaware Valley Chapter members who register for the pre-conference tour will be put on a waitlist until early January, 2019.
